As any Harry Potter fan knows, Dobby is a free elf.
He was once enslaved by the wizarding world's unjust system but, thanks to the conscience of a 12-year-old boy, he was set free.
However, it seems as if the Warner Bros. Studio Tour in England thinks that the best place to put Dobby on display is within the confines of a glass class, and fans are not having any of it.
According to a tweet from Hogwarts Logics, which was retweeted by J.K. Rowling, fans on the tour have been leaving socks at Dobby's display in an effort to once again free the courageous, loving, and loyal elf.
Which, let's be real, is the right thing to do.
Because, no, Dobby may not be with us anymore...
But he will always be a free elf.
What are the chances of Matthew Perry and Bradley Whitford ever doing a live read of the "Studio 60" pilot in my kitchen while I eat dinner?
