A sex tape allegedly featuring Carrie Prejean, the former Miss California, surfaced during settlement negotiations with her former bosses, the Miss California USA pageant, TMZ.com reports. When a pageant lawyer turned up with the alleged tape, Prejean, who had sued the pageant for, among other thigns, religious discrimination (and who had been countersued by pageant organizers), walked away with nothing ... except for a bill for her legal fees
