How Do You Stay Fit In College?

College is a wonderful time.

You get to decide how to live your life for the first time ever.

...which often means finding the easiest and laziest shortcuts possible.

So it can be hard to find time to exercise with a busy class schedule, extracurriculars, partying, learning how to adult, etc.

It may seem impossible to make fitness a priority (unless you're a college athlete, of course).

Not to mention, when you're in college you feel tired literally ALL the time.

We want to know about all the creative exercise ideas, dorm room workouts, and fun fitness activities that helped you stay fit within a college lifestyle.

Do you do headstands and planks while you study for midterms? Or do you always keep sneakers and gym clothes in your backpack so you can run into the rec center whenever you pass it?

Whether you're still in college or you’ve already graduated, we want to know your advice for exercising on a student schedule and budget.

Maybe you've used free trial passes at literally every gym in a 10 mile radius.
