Freeze! Why don’t you try these mango lemonade ice pops made with rum – perfect for a summer’s day spent with friends

Makes: 12 (1.9 units per serve)

INGREDIENTS
200ml Captain Morgan White Rum
500ml mango juice
3 limes, juice and zest
500ml cloudy lemonade

PREPARATION

1. Combine all ingredients in a large jug.
2. Pour into lolly moulds.
3. Freeze for 6 hours.
4. Enjoy!

Paper cups
Lolly sticks
Lemon slices

PREPARATIONS

3. Add sliced lemon on the top.
4. Put lolly stick in the lemon (the lemon keeps the stick straight!).
5. Freeze for 6 hours.
