Be sure to sanitize it after each round of dishes. Surprisingly, your coffee reservoir isn't too far behind the sponge.

Throw your towels in the washer every three to five uses.

According to multiple tests by "The Germ Guy" Jason Tetro, the hands are the [germiest part](http://live.huffingtonpost.com/r/archive/segment/519a86b402a760470f0007e7) of the human body because of everything we touch throughout the day. This is why hand washing is so important.

Your hands are actually insanely nasty!

Yes, you should change your underwear every damn day. Why? Moisture, heat, nastiness. Your body releases some [icky shit](http://www.buzzfeed.com/rachelwmiller/how-often-you-really-need-to-shower) throughout the day.

You must be related to Mr. Clean, because dirt and grime fear your name. You can teach anyone a lesson when it comes to sanitizing ANYTHING.
