I broke my foot getting off the toilet last year. I’m 33.

I have a note on my phone from last year that says “Don’t accidentally eat too many baked potatoes.” Still have no idea what it means.

I was sitting on the toilet too long and both of my legs fell asleep. When I stood up I didn’t feel my foot hit the ground. My left ankle and foot completely rolled and the bathroom counter broke my fall. I broke two metatarsals and had a hairline fracture on my ankle. I’m 31.
