I don’t know what all catholic schools are like, but ones around here (in Canada) are heavily subsidized by the Catholic Church. So if a church is paying for most of your child’s education, they can most certainly make the rules. It seems obvious to me: if you don’t like the rules, leave the school.
I met my husband when I was 20, and he was 22. We dated for one month before we started talking about marriage and were engaged by four months; it worked for us… We couldn’t be happier! I’m not understanding how this is worthy of a story.
