#What2Watch will premiere later this year.

Edinburgh, Thursday, 23 August - BuzzFeed UK and Twitter today announce the launch of a new live show, #What2Watch. Exclusively broadcast on Twitter via @BuzzFeedUK, the weekly show will be hosted by BuzzFeed’s TV Editor Scott Bryan (@scottygb) and Social Media Editor Dionne Grant (@DionneGrant).

#What2Watch will broadcast live from BuzzFeed’s London HQ this Autumn. Each week, Scott and Dionne will take a look at the latest programmes on linear and non-linear television and provide expert advice on what you should watch next. Expect reviews, recaps, games and guest presenters, as well as celebrity interviews.

The live stream will be free and accessible globally to logged-in and logged-out users on Twitter and connected devices. You can join the conversation via #What2Watch, and viewers real time questions and comments will be brought in throughout the show.

Editor-in-Chief of BuzzFeed UK, Janine Gibson says, “Our longstanding track record of talking about television on Twitter speaks for itself, so we’re thrilled to translate this expertise into a studio show. Scott and Dionne will be perfect at bringing these conversations to life, be it gossip, memes, fury or, most crucially, what to actually watch.”

Twitter’s UK Managing Director, Dara Nasr adds “TV in all its guises is one of the biggest and most vibrant conversations on Twitter. Millions of people Tweet along to their favourite shows, whether they’re linear, streamed or catch-up, and I can’t wait to see how Dionne and Scott bring that all together on #What2Watch."

#What2Watch will premiere later this year.
