A few hours before the BuzzFeed Brews event with Franco and Rogen, Sony announced the actors were canceling all media appearances in the wake of new threats from those that hacked the film studio. “We will clearly show it to you at the very time and places The Interview be shown, including the premiere, how bitter fate those who seek fun in terror should be doomed to," said the Guardians of Peace, who claimed responsibility for the hack on Sony. "Soon all the world will see what an awful movie Sony Pictures Entertainment has made ... We recommend you to keep yourself distant from the places at that time ... Remember the 11th of September 2001."
James Franco and Seth Rogen sit down with BuzzFeed Entertainment's Kelley Carter at 6:30 p.m. ET to talk about their Hollywood bromance, their off-kilter sense of humor, and the most controversial Christmas Day movie ever.
