2 teaspoons simple syrup
3 dashes Angostura bitters

1 & 1⁄2 ounces Buchanan's DeLuxe Aged 12 Years Blended Scotch Whisky
5 ounces pineapple juice
Half an orange slice, for garnish
Pineapple wedge and leaf, for garnish
Penicillin

1 & 1⁄2 ounces Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch Whisky
1⁄2 ounce ginger liqueur
3⁄4 ounce honey syrup
3⁄4 ounce lime juice
2 dashes aromatic bitters
3 pieces candied ginger, for garnish
Crown Royal Manhattan
Servings: 1
2 ounces Crown Royal Deluxe whisky
3⁄4 ounce sweet red vermouth
2 dashes aromatic bitters
2 maraschino cherries, for garnish
Twist of lemon, for garnish
Preparation
Frontier Old Fashioned
1. Pour Bulleit Bourbon and simple syrup into a rocks glass. Add Angostura bitters.
2. Add a large ice cube. Stir for about 30 seconds or until chilled. Add an orange peel for garnish.
Buchanita
1. Add a handful of ice cubes to a wide rocks glass. Pour in Buchanan's DeLuxe Aged 12 Years Blended Scotch Whisky and pineapple juice.
2. Add half an orange slice. Using a toothpick, pin together pineapple wedge and leaf, then slide onto the edge of the glass.
Penicillin
1. Pour Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch Whisky, ginger liqueur, honey syrup, lime juice, and aromatic bitters into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
2. Strain cocktail over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Skewer candied ginger onto a cocktail skewer and add to the glass.
Crown Royal Manhattan
1. Pour Crown Royal Deluxe whisky, sweet red vermouth, and aromatic bitters in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and stir for about 30 seconds or until chilled.
2. Strain into a coupe glass.
3. Skewer two maraschino cherries onto a cocktail skewer and balance on the rim of the glass. Add a twist of lemon.
