Lola Rosa is a vegan/vegetarian restaurant in Montreal. It's pretty popular. The menu isn't huge, but they make good food and get it to you pretty quickly. They have multiple locations around the city. Next time I go, I'm definitely having dessert!

Camping in the Boundary Waters is wonderful. It's near Ely, Minnesota. There are portages and designated camp grounds, but it's still pretty remote, in my opinion. Its a large area. It stretches along the Canadian border, and i think they have a park on their (Canadian) side too.…
