First and foremost, what does "sustainable underwear" even mean? Glad you asked.
The sustainability of a product can be determined in many ways, but generally, most brands gauge their environmental footprint based on how their product is created (from start to finish), which materials are used (and how much), and if their product is recyclable, reusable, and/or biodegradable.
While each brand has a different "standard" for what qualifies as sustainable (it's always worth it to dig a little deeper into their practices if there's any ambiguity), they ultimately strive toward the same goal of reducing waste and promoting a more circular fashion industry.
To keep things simple, we'll focus on the materials each of the following brands use to make their underwear – and, of course, the overall comfort each pair provides.
Spoiler: A lot. A whole lot of comfort. You're welcome in advance.
