1. Chickpea Cookies / Via

1¼ cups canned chickpeas, well-rinsed and patted dry with a paper towel

2 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup + 2 tbsp (165 grams) natural peanut butter, SunButter Natural or almond butter - room temperature

¼ cup (80 grams) honey (commenters have used agave and maple syrup with success!)

1 tsp baking powder

a pinch of salt if your peanut butter doesn’t have salt in it

½ cup (90 grams) chocolate chips (use vegan and dairy-free chocolate chips, if needed)

2 cups raw hazelnuts (240g)

1 1/2 tbsp pure vanilla extract

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp xylitol, or sugar, or pure maple syrup

1/4 tsp plus 1/8 tsp salt

optional: 2 tsp oil (for extra smoothness, but it’s still very smooth if you leave out the oil)

3. Banana Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice Cream / Via

4 bananas, just slightly overripe (brown spots good, completely black not so good)

2 tbsp creamy peanut butter (optional – thus 2 ingredient ice cream)

2 tsp cocoa powder (Dutch process), (optional – thus 2 or 3 ingredient ice cream depending on peanut butter)

2/3 cup raw cashews

1/3 cup oats

2 tbsp Agave

1 tbsp Maple Syrup (Omit and use Agave to preserve true Raw Status if you care)

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (or to preserve true raw status, take 2 Tbsp Raw Cocoa Powder and add 1 Tbsp Agave, optional dash of vanilla extract, whisk and blend. Spread into a thin layer on wax or parchment paper, freeze. Take frozen chocolate off parchment and crumble the shreds into the mixture as your raw “chips”.)

4 oz Semi-Sweet or Bittersweet chocolate

½ tsp Vanilla Extract
