Premiere: Flo Rida Gets His Phil Jackson On In "G.D.F.R." Video

You've heard the funky, War-sampling song all over your TV this NBA season. Now, it's got a great video accompaniment.

Chances are you've already heard Flo Rida's "G.D.F.R. (Feat. Sage the Gemini & Lookas)” in the club or, more likely, as the baseline soundtrack for ESPN's coverage of the entire 2014-2015 season.

The song perfectly compliments NBA players throwing down on one another.

    Just look...

IT'S GOING DOWN FOR REAL. Like, the ball is literally going down through the hoop!

The "G.D.F.R." video casts Flo Rida in the role he was born to play: the head coach of an all-female basketball team. He gives them a motivational speech, then starts getting down to the basics.

Udonis Haslem of the Miami Heat is there to offer his support as well, and teach these ladies about the Heart of a Champion.

Next we get to the game, and things aren't looking good for Flo Rida's team. They trail by a substantial margin at half time. It's easy to see why. The competition is pretty fierce. THEY GOT GAME.

    I mean, c'mon!

He's Flo Rida, not Phil Freakin' Jackson. Give the guy a chance!

Flo huddles his team up for a pep talk.

And they begin their comeback (using some questionable tactics along the way).

No spoilers about who wins, but here's a hint...

Flo Rida and his ladies are pumped by game's end.

We are happy to premiere Flo Rida's "G.D.F.R (Featuring Sage the Geimini and Lookas)" on BuzzFeed Music. Watch it below.

The video was directed by R. Malcolm Jones and was shot in Miami. In addition to Udonis Haslem, you'll catch some cameos from the Miami Heat cheerleaders, Gorilla Zoe, Gunplay, and -- just for an extra dash of Miami --- 2 Live Crew.
