"Singled Out" Is Being Rebooted, And Best Of All Keke Palmer Will Be Co-Hosting It
Basically the show was the Tinder of the '90s.
If you were a tween or teen in the '90s, then you probably remember MTV's widely popular dating show, Singled Out.
The show, which was co-hosted by Jenny McCarthy and helped make her a star, ran on MTV from 1995–98 and is one of the network's most iconic shows from the '90s.
Well, Singled Out is coming back (onto Quibi), and today the trailer for it dropped, giving us our first look at the rebooted dating show:
And maybe the best thing about this reboot is the show's two new hosts: the always great Keke Palmer and the very funny comedian Joel Kim Booster!
The show also — unlike its MTV predecessor — appears to be much more inclusive with its contestants that are searching for ~love~ on the show!
Also, like the original show, it will air daily. However, it will have a slightly new format to fit within how Quibi works, making each episode 10 minutes or less.
And in case you were wondering, the show will start airing on April 6, when Quibi launches.
I, for one, can't wait to see how young adults today do finding ~dates~ in a swipe-free environment!
