    1. Mr. Robot (USA)

    Number of seasons: One.

    Why you should watch it: The delicious Rami Malek plays a socially awkward computer genius who doubles as a hacker vigilante. His character is so refreshing, and the plotline will have you on the edge of your seat.

    Number of seasons: Two.

    Why you should watch it: If you're all about offbeat and quirky cop comedy, this is for you.

    Why you should watch it: It hilariously captures the adventures and struggles of being a twentysomething trying to navigate through life and this whole "being an adult" thing.

    Why you should watch it: It's filled with gripping intensity and makes the show easily bingeable. And also, just look at Charlie Cox.

    Why you should watch it: It has one of the best ensembles on television right now and they work so well off of each other. Can we just give Emmy Rossum all of the awards?

    Why you should watch it: The show turns a completely serious and crazy subject into something believable, relatable, and unbelievably heartfelt.

    Number of seasons: One.

    Why you should watch it: It's about eight strangers from around the world who realize their senses are connected, and it makes for an intense and unique story with one of the most diverse casts on TV.

    Why you should watch it: It's great at taking the Marvel movies and tying them into each other and showing how they'll come together in the future. You don't even have to be a Marvel fanatic to appreciate the awesomeness.

    9. iZombie (The CW)

    Number of seasons: One.

    Why you should watch it: After becoming a zombie, the main character finds out she can absorb the memories of the brains she eats, then takes a job at a coroner's office to help solve murders with her newfound seventh sense. It's a wonderfully weird mix of crime drama meets The Walking Dead.

    10. Once Upon a Time (ABC)

    Why you should watch it: It's a brilliant show where all of the fantasy worlds from your childhood come to life in glorious fashion. What's not to love?

    Why you should watch it: The series starts off with a boy being murdered in a town, and quickly unravels into complicated and compelling chaos within the community. It's bloody brilliant.

    Why you should watch it: It's gritty, dark, and pulls you in for a deep dive into the world of Batman and Gotham City.

    13. Bates Motel (A&E)

    Number of seasons: Three.

    Why you should watch it: Consider this the prequel to Hitchcock’s Psycho. It explores the relationship between Norman Bates and his ~living~ mother as they run the motel. Trust me, it’s just as thrilling as the movie.

    Number of seasons: One.

    Why you should watch it: It's got amazing effects, plotlines that'll leave you craving the next season, and the cast is just so damn charming and fun.

    Why you should watch it: While you're waiting for the next Game of Thrones season, this'll be a good substitute. It's about a nurse who's transported 200 years back in time, where she's then caught up in a love triangle and in the middle of a war.

    Why you should watch it: This is the perfect show for someone who’s still recovering from Breaking Bad withdrawal. It revolves around a group of gangsters in 1920s England and is filled with antiheroes galore.

    Why you should watch it: It follows the survivors of a nuclear fallout after most of humanity has been wiped out. Why is watching the apocalypse so darn fun sometimes?
