- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

- 1 Egg White

- Soda Water

- 2 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth

- 3/4 oz Benedictine

- 1/4 oz Absinthe

---> Garnish with Orange Twist

- 2 oz Silver Rum

- 1 oz Lime Juice

- Scant 3/4 oz Simple Syrup

- 1/2 oz Yellow Chartreuse

---> Garnish with Mint and Fruit

- 1 oz Silver Rum

- 1/2 oz Rye

- 1/2 oz Brandy

- 1/2 oz Grenadine

- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice

---> Garnish with a Lemon Twist
