The "Queer Eye" Guys Are Actually Filming In A Town Called "Yass". Seriously.

    Can you believe?

The stars of Netflix's Queer Eye reboot have made their way to the tiny NSW country town of Yass in Australia, in preparation for season two of the show.

And yes, before we go any further, there is actually a town in Australia called Yass – and yes, that joke you just thought of in your head, or a version of it, has probably already been made.

Netflix really flew the queer eye guys out here so they could make a Yass Queen! joke huh

Recently, billboards were put up outside of Yass, thanking the Fab 5 for visiting the town. The Canberra Times reports there is a special media event being held by Yass Valley Tourism on Wednesday night. No-one's really sure why...

Update: I feel so blessed right now.

Earlier this week, the group was in the nation's capital, Canberra, where Jonathan Van Ness uploaded a photo with a local police officer. "I stan a lady police officer and a country with sensible gun control", he wrote.

And, more recently, some of the Fab 5 were papped in town.

Two of Queer Eye's fab five, Antoni Porowski and Bobby Berk, were spotted out and about in the New South Wales town of Yass today, working on a makeover of a local pub. #QueerEye #yass https://t.co/SiETMtY5G1

Australians are...quite excited by the whole thing.

WAIT ARE THE QUEER EYE GUYS GOING TO YASS JUST TO GET A PICTURE IN FRONT OF THE SIGN??????? IM CRY

Of course the @QueerEye guys go to Yass, of all the places to go in Australia! Only seems fitting. 🏳️‍🌈

It would be absolutely fitting if the Queer Eye guys have decided that they will tackle bigotry all over the world from their new global HQ in Yass.

While the rest of Australia freaks out over the visit, reports are that the locals of Yass Valley aren't all that fussed by the Fab 5.

I’m in Yass where th @QueerEye guys are filming today and I’ve honestly never met people who are less interested than the locals. @abccanberra https://t.co/Amv8TKrdw9
