Telstra: the telecom giant that provides a lot of Australians with broadband, television, and telephone services, have responded to a woman asking about her internet being down by telling her to "show her kids the outside world".
It did... not go down well.
Renee from Telstra did try to apologise and seriously look into the problem...
But by the next tweet Renee was gone, replaced by Jesse, who didn't make a single joke about their poor quality broadband / going outside.
