Australian celebrity chef Curtis Stone has declared that a child's fussy eating habits are dependent on their parents and upbringing, the Daily Mail has reported.

"My kid has never eaten a hot dog because it's full of shit," says Stone, who returns to Australia this month promoting his new cookbook.

"Your kid is going to embrace whatever you expose them to ... People tell you 'no, no my kid likes this or my kid likes that.' My opinion is; that's just not accurate."
