The skeleton of a burnt-down house in Rozelle, 10 minutes from Sydney's CBD in Australia, has an asking price of $1.4 million.
The house is listed as having "plenty of potential for a creative revamp", and apparently has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two car spots.
Highlights include period details and "character throughout". Also, some of the rooms appear to have been given a lick of paint.
The Gordon Street property appears to have been at least half derelict for some time. It last sold in 2013 for $1,170,000.
Strangely, the place has a really, really nice bathroom.
If anything, this just proves what we already know: It's not easy being a first-time home buyer in Sydney.
