Springtime is here! Prepare something different and delicious with the help of Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese, the one ingredient that will perfectly complement your favorite dishes this season.
INGREDIENTS
5 ounces Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese
8 ounces rotini pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
½ cup onion, chopped
½ peas, fresh or frozen
1 cup asparagus, chopped
1 cup yellow pepper, diced
1 cup green zucchini, diced
½ cup mixed cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon basil, chopped
PREPARATION
1. Boil pasta till al dente according to boxed instructions. Drain and reserve.
2. In a medium saucepan, heat up olive oil and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant and translucent, about 2–3 minutes on medium heat.
3. Add asparagus, pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. Cover and cook for 6–8 minutes until tender.
4. Remove veggies from pan and reduce heat to medium low. Add Boursin® Cheese and heavy cream to the saucepan. Stir continuously until Boursin® Cheese is melted, about 3–4 minutes.
5. Add veggies and pasta back into sauce, stir until incorporated, and let simmer for 3–5 minutes.
6. Serve and top with chopped basil.
7. Sprinkle with extra Boursin® Cheese as a finish.

2 store-bought flatbreads or naan
5 ounces store-bought pesto sauce
4 ounces prosciutto

PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.
2. Top flatbread with creamy Boursin® Cheese.
3. Then top the Boursin® Cheese with a swirl of pesto.
4. Place in the oven 10–12 minutes, until cheese is slightly golden.
5. Remove from oven and top with prosciutto slices, lemon zest, and fresh basil.

INGREDIENTS
5 ounces Boursin® Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese, room temperature
8–10 jalapeños, about 2–3 inches in length
¼ cup bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.
2. Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and, using a spoon, scoop out seeds and innards.
3. Place 2 tablespoons of Boursin® Cheese to fill the cavity of the jalapeños.
4. Stir together bread crumbs and butter, until combined.
5. Place jalapeños on a prepared sheet tray and top with bread crumb mixture.
6. Bake for 20–24 minutes, until slightly golden on top and charred on the sides.
7. Let cool for 3–5 minutes and enjoy.

2 cups chicken broth
¾ cup quick grits
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup unsalted butter, cubed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon lemon juice
¼ cup scallions, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
1. Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pan. Stir in grits.
2. Lower heat to medium and stir in heavy cream, butter, and Boursin® Cheese.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet, then add garlic, shrimp, and Cajun seasoning.
4. Then, finish shrimp off with lemon juice and scallions. Cook until shrimp turn pink, about 6–8 minutes.
5. Spoon grits in a bowl and top with shrimp. Add salt and pepper as desired. Enjoy!

¼ cup flour
¼ cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic, grated
1 teaspoon lemon, zested
1½ cups squash blossoms, chopped
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.
2. Combine Boursin® Cheese, eggs, flour, bread crumbs, garlic, and lemon zest.
3. Carefully combine squash blossoms into the batter.
4. Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of batter, flatten fritter to ¼ inch thick, and place on a prepared sheet tray.
5. Bake for 20–24 minutes, or until golden, flipping once halfway through.

4 radishes, cut in rounds
4 rainbow carrots, sliced in half lengthwise

1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.
2. Toss asparagus, radish rounds, and carrots in olive oil with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
3. Roll out puff pastry and score a frame, about ¼ inch thick.
4. Spread an even layer of Boursin® Cheese on top of puff pastry surface.
5. Arrange the veggies into a pattern on top.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until baked and golden.

2 cups kale, chopped
¼ cup onion, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 cups broccoli florets
12 eggs
¼ cup heavy cream
Chives for serving
PREPARATION
1. In a medium pan, sauté kale, onions, garlic, and broccoli florets for about 8–10 minutes on medium heat, until slightly tender.
2. In a large bowl, beat eggs and heavy cream until incorporated.
3. Combine kale and broccoli mixture with egg mixture.
4. Pour mixture into a 10" cast-iron skillet. Dollop Boursin® Cheese on top.
5. Place in oven and bake until set, about 25–30 minutes.
6. Cool for 2–5 minutes, serve with extra Boursin® Cheese on top, and sprinkle chives.
