4. Rachel True – The Craft

After she played Rochelle in the seminal and woefully underappreciated The Craft, True went on to play Mary Jane Potman in Dave Chappelle's stoner classic, Half Baked. From 2002 to 2006, she played one of the leads on Half & Half, in which two estranged half-sisters reconnect and develop their relationship. Since then she's done some TV and short film work, and last year starred in Sharknado 2: The Second One.

She also seems to be one of the poster children of Black Don't Crack™.

5. James van der Beek – Varsity Blues

Of course, he will always be Dawson of Capeside to those of us of a certain age and disposition. But Mr vdB has done a lot more since Joey (correctly) chose Pacey – he had a brief arc on One Tree Hill, guest starred on Ugly Betty, Franklin & Bash and two different spinoffs of the Law & Order franchise. From 2012-13 he played a fictionalised version of himself in Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23, a fantastically shameless self-promoter with a nearly dead career. Ahem. Famously, he also created Vandermemes with Funny or Die.

Earlier this year, he began starring in CSI: Cyber.

7. Adrian Grenier – Drive Me Crazy

Is there anywhere to go after you've starred opposite Sabrina the Teenage Witch in a movie soundtracked by Britney Spears? Well, yes. Grenier went on to appear in John Waters' Cecil B. Demented, Artificial Intelligence: AI and as the needy bastard boyfriend in The Devil Wears Prada. By then he was also starring at the handsome and charming Vinnie Chase in Entourage (which ran for eight seasons). He directs and produces films – including one about reconnecting with his father after 18 years, A Shot In The Dark – and later this year will star in the big screen adaptation of Entourage.

He is still so beautiful that looking at him hurts a little bit.
