Topless Sledging Competition

A group of killjoy town hall officials in Germany are determined to nip a sledge race in the bud - on the grounds that all the contestants are topless. The first topless sledging tournament, 'The Festival of Boobs', was due to take place in Oberwiesenthal, Germany, next month.
