Something that not everybody knows about are mods, which are basically modifications fans make to games.

For example, downloading this mod will give you access to "Small Venice", a place that a fan has cleverly created and can be added to your original game, like an expansion pack.

So obviously somebody was going to make a sex mod and... well, it's really something. WARNING: THIS WILL RUIN THE SIMS FOR YOU FOREVER.
