Kylie Jenner announced on Wednesday that she would be cancelling a planned appearance at Paris Fashion Week after she was hospitalised due to illness.
A representative for Jenner confirmed to BuzzFeed News that the 22-year-old has been checked into hospital and is "doing well under doctor’s care".
Rumours about Jenner's health began to swirl after TMZ reported that she'd been hospitalised with an "intense illness".
According to her social media, Jenner had been ill for a few days before being admitted to hospital and had been posting pictures from bed.
Following the news that she'd been hospitalised, Jenner took to Twitter to announce that she would be cancelling a trip to Paris as she was "really sick and unable to travel".
"I'm heartbroken to be missing this show, but I know that my amazing team, and my friends who are in town for the event, will help me be there in spirit," Jenner said in a lengthy note shared to Twitter.
Following the announcement, close friends of Jenner, Stassie and Victoria, took over the makeup mogul's Instagram account to reveal the new Kylie X Balmain makeup collection.
