"Good luck on your blog."

Gather round one and all, it's time for your Friday fix of drama. Eye emojis at the ready people!

BBC Three

Today's episode stars Demi Lovato, a possibly shady Instagram post, an even shadier tweet, and somehow Perez Hilton too. I guess we better get into it...

Bravo

One of the things you may or not know about Demi, other than her incredible talent, is her struggle with sobriety. She's been incredibly open about it in the past, and revealed a lot in her YouTube documentary, Simply Complicated.

One of her sources for help with sobriety was life coach, Mike Bayer. However, last month Demi appeared to part ways with her mentor as fans noticed that she'd unfollowed him.

This was followed by a tweet in response to a fan, where Demi cryptically spoke about trusting those closest to you.

Which brings us to a couple of hours ago. Mike posted a video to his Instagram page where he spoke about artists making excuses.

He said: "I worked in entertainment for many years being a life coach for a lot of different pop stars and actors, and my biggest pet peeve is when they use excuses because they call themselves artists. I'm here today to explain to you that being an artist and being talented are two different things. To me, being an artist is living your authentic life. I believe everyone out there is an artist. Everyone. If you tap into who you truly are, you are an artist, you are a superstar, and you have everything in your life that you need to have. I think if somebody uses an excuse to be late, or insincere, or rude, or unapologetic, that's not being an artist, that's being a jerk. And you shouldn't stand for that."

Fans took this as a pop at Demi, and so immediately jumped into the comments to defend her. But the noise of stan shade being thrown must've alerted Demi, because she sent out a very simple and shady tweet.

For a minute, people didn't actually know who the shade was directed at, and one fan thought it might be Demi reigniting her feud with Perez Hilton.

Especially because it appeared that Perez replied to Demi's shady tweet with one of his own.

However, although it might be coincidental, Perez tweeted eight minutes before Demi put her shade goggles on.

But THEN people noticed that Perez had been one of the people in Mike's Instagram comments too. And what did he say exactly?

But if you thought Perez possibly defending Demi would let him off the hook with her fans... yeah not so fast.

And fans were even more unforgiving to Mike, using only five savage words.

No seriously, it was endless.

And Demi even liked one of the comments, so I guess it's pretty clear where the shade was aimed.

Oh, and just when you thought that was it, Ruby Rose, who Demi appears to be on holiday with, also got involved, replying to Demi's tweet with some classic Mean Girls.

I don't know about you, but I'm exhausted. I'm going for a lie down.
