Spend more time in the great outdoors.

Maybe you're going to start hosting themed a dinner for all your closest family and friends or how about a back garden Olympics? Make it fun and give it a catchy name so everyone can look forward to the big event every year.

Start a new yearly tradition.

Having your go-to playlist that you can belt out on your run is great, but it's time to open your horizons to some new music. Get recommendations from friends, dig out your parents old albums– you won't regret it!

Listen to a new song or artist every day.
