Listen, eye bags are kind of sexy IMO, but if you'd feel more confident without them, here are some products to help.
Promising review: "I have used this product for years. I have puffy under-eyes and this product really helps that area. I won't lie and say they totally go away but they shrink by at least 30% or more. It's worth the price to try it. It has caffeine in it so I think that helps to diminish the puffiness." —Susie O

Promising review: "Love this concealer!! It covers the dark circles so well, and with minimal creasing. Set your under eyes with a setting powder immediately after applying and you have coverage all day that won't budge or crease! I have tons of high end concealers but I always grab for this one and I recommend it to all my friends." —Angela

Promising review: "I was in the Bayshore Sephora in Ottawa, and was beyond frustrated about my puffy eyes that have plagued me forever, and more so since I became quite ill. I tried this little sweetheart and absolutely love it. I see a 75-85% decrease in the puffiness under my eyes. I wholeheartedly recommend it!" —dotuov

Promising review: "I actually love this concealer!! I wasn't expecting to like it so much, and now it's my go to concealer. The colors are really pigmented, and they apply easily. What I like is that I can build the coverage if I need to. I don't have massive under eye circles, but I do have some discoloration, so anything that helps even out the tone is greatly appreciated. I like that I don't have to use a large amount to get good coverage, I usually just dab my fingers maybe twice and it's enough to give me coverage without it looking cakey." —Sipeish

Promising review: "A non-greasy, moisturizing formula for everyone! I love how it its texture is so creamy, which immediately feels like 'burst of moisture' as you put it on. It's difficult to describe with words, but it literally feels like you are putting on concentrated water. Doesn't not smudge my gel eye liner. Highly recommend it!" —Kiehl's customer

What are ceramides, you ask? They basically hold skin cells together and form a protective layer to keep out foreign elements like pollution.
Promising review: "This stuff changed my life. It got rid of the dark circles under my eyes and also worked for the folds around my mouth and nose. I have gotten so many compliments on my skin. I had serious bags and sagging skin at only 25. I have been using this in conjunction with doing facial exercises and after a month and a half my face is tighter and brighter. The only thing I don't like it that it stays on top of my skin and feels greasy. I am already oily, and so I have to wear this on a day I am not wearing makeup underneath or just at night. But for the results, I'll sacrifice! I included my one and a half month results." —kelly vazquez

Just remember that if you choose to use retinol, you HAVE to wear sunscreen every day, even when it's cloudy out. (You should be doing that anyway, though.)
Promising review: "This stuff is amazing. Honestly one of the most effective anti-wrinkle products available OTC. Retinol is amazing stuff, but also very strong stuff. Use way less than you think you should. Way less than you want. Start with a pea sized amount and only apply every other day at night then gradually build up. This stuff is no joke. If you have sensitive skin you will burn yourself if you go overboard. Honestly though I notice an amazing difference after just a few days. I have an extensive Korean beauty routine and I have added this into it and it is amazing. One last thing! If you use an AHA or BHA apply that as part of your morning routine. Don't apply that right after this product. It changes your skins pH and will blunt the retinol's effect." —Amazon Customer

Promising review: "I absolutely love this concealer. I have extremely sensitive skin and this doesn’t break me out. I would definitely compare it to most high end concealers I have bought in the past." —Jessii_poohh

Promising review: "I bought the Baebody Eye Gel because my eye area was in need of serious help — I'm a mom, have a job, and recently lost some weight, which is apparently the perfect recipe for an under eye disaster. All the great reviews (and reasonable price) convinced me to give it a try — and I'm so glad I did! I have been using it for just one week and I'm already really happy with the results. The wrinkles under my eye have lessened a lot and my upper eyelid looks so much tighter and less droopy, which was an unexpected bonus." —Gigi C

Promising review: "I just got this product today. I've already done some research as to application techniques so I tried it out. On bare skin I applied this product with a small kabuki brush. I then layered my IT Cosmetics CC concealer. After that I set it with Ben Nye Super White powder. My under eye creases really badly no matter what, and especially with an extra cream layer so that struggle continues. As for the color correcting, you can see it does a great job. Before I applied concealer it was shimmery and sheer looking. Definitely not a good look alone. I haven't been able to do a complete trial yet but what I've seen so far is impressive. My dark circles have never been covered so much by anything before." —Kate

Promising review: "Okay, after using this for a while, I am now ready to write this review. I LOVE this cream! I noticed a change in my eyes within days of using it. This prompted me to get the vitamin C. Then I sprang for the retinol (too early to review it because I got it for Christmas). My puffy under eyes started to deflate, my upper-lids began to lift, and my fine lines are fading. I use it twice a day, and I apply the eye cream to my entire face after I apply the vitamin C. I took three photos since I’ve started using it." —Turtle-Bugs
Note: You shouldn't use retinol and vitamin C at the same time, but you can use them at different times of the same day.

Promising review: "In truth, under-eyes don't need anything special — a good quality facial moisturizer will do the trick. But I keep buying this one again and again because I love the slight peach-y tint that lessens dark circles without the look of full-on-makeup. Worth the splurge for me." —Stevie H

Promising review: "I've been using nothing but this cream for the eyes and let me tell you, I think I've fallen in love. I love the consistency to this product. It's very lightweight and feels gel-like but still packs a ton of moisture. It absorbs really quickly but you don't ever lose that hydrated feeling. Some eye creams are too thick for me and they just sit on the skin but this one doesn't do that. It's my go-to now. The scent is also very pleasing. It's my new favorite!" —essentialglam

Promising review: "I have very fair skin and when I do my makeup, everything looks perfect, however when I see myself in pictures I ALWAYS have dark circles under my eyes. I am very fair and it is hard for me to find makeup to lighten my eye area, because they tend to be too dark. Pale people problems.
I have not used mineral makeup in years and I am really impressed with the design of the pot. It has a similar idea as a salt shaker. You can turn the top to open or close it and control the amount of powder that comes out. I used a round blending brush to apply the powder to my eyelids and under my eyes. For the final test, I took a nice close photo and look! On the left, I used the Well Rested eye brightener. I am ecstatic." —Jen Rio

Put this mask in the freezer to soothe puffiness or warm it up to help with minor pains. It also works as a sleep mask!
Promising review: "I LOVED this mask! Please note that I did not use it as a 'sleeping' mask. I used it as a hot and cold mask. You can warm it up in the microwave to help relax your eye muscles. It feels soothing after a long day from being on the computer. Be careful! The beads get super hot after microwaving. If they don't feel hot to you, squish the mask around. It'll help warm up the beads. It really does feel like a spa treatment when it's warmed up. I loved that you can chill it in the freezer to help de-puff your eyes in the morning. The chilled eye mask helped relieve some sinus pain from my allergies as well. I like using it chilled before I started my daily routine." —CHRISTINA CHO

It gives my eyes moisture, helps with fine lines, the dark circles are helped by the metal wand, which is wonderful — a part of all La Mer eye creams. I cannot live without this now. I use a small amount and it soaks in and works great under make-up." —MidnightDreamer
