Some fun sounds good right about now.

We hope you love the products we recommend! All of them were independently selected by our editors. Just so you know, BuzzFeed may collect a share of sales or other compensation from the links on this page if you decide to shop from them. Oh, and FYI β€” prices are accurate and items in stock as of time of publication.

    1. Magical Flames β€” a cool invention that turns your boring old fire into a rainbow fire. Camping has never felt so rave-like.

    A campfire with rainbow flames

Promising review: Mystical Fire Colorant is amazing. For a really fun experience, get some of these for your next camping trip. As if a campfire needs improvement... but this stuff is really neat. I'd say the adults love it even more than the kids. We only used one packet and the colors were so good β€” seems like they lasted at least 20 minutes. There was even color left in the ashes the next day. We will never go camping again without several packs of Mystical Fire on hand." β€”TeNe

Get it from Amazon for $7.50.

    2. A pack of squishy friends you can squeeze the living daylights out of whenever you're stressed. So, always?

A collection of squishy-looking toys that are each about an inch long. Some shapes include a lion, star, cloud, penguin, and duck

Get a pack of 40 from Amazon for $12.98.

    3. HYPERtheticals β€” a collection of 50 conversation prompts from Chuck Klosterman that are anything but the usual small talk.

    the box of cards

Example question: "You are offered a Brain Pill that will make you feel 10% more intelligent, but you will seem 20% less intelligent to everyone else."

My friend has these and there is one question that I think about CONSTANTLY. The gist was basically to imagine your absolute perfect dream home (like seriously, really think about every detail and piece of furniture) and then answer the question "would you live there if it was two miles underground?" Like, YES you can live in a mansion with a secret library and slides and a functioning Rube Goldberg machine that feeds you breakfast β€” but at what cost?

Get it from Amazon for $13.65.

    4. The popular video game Overcooked! 2 so you and your pals (in person or online) can work together to cook up a storm.

    View this video on YouTube

Basically you and up to three other players have to cook food in silly-looking kitchens. What I like about this game is that you have to work together instead of competing against each other. The challenges are chaotic and sometimes stressful, but you get a chance to learn how to best work with your teammates. It also helps that the design is simply adorable.

Get the Overcooked! and Overcooked! 2 combo for Nintendo Switch for $39.99 or just Overcooked! 2 for PS4 for $29.99 from Amazon.

    5. A gigantic game of Jenga so the stakes are (literally) higher.

A person playing Jenga that has been put on a small table. With the help of the table, game towers over her head

Promising review: "I opened the package, looked at each piece and found no flaws, pulled on the pieces and played shortly, and packed it back. So far it’s great quality and plays well. For those complaining about the height, it starts at 2.5 feet and can build UP to 5 feet." β€”Ally

Get it from Amazon for $118.50.

    6. A mini waffle maker that spits out heart-shaped treats that look a lot better than your lopsided pancakes.

waffle maker that makes heart waffles

Note: It's pink in the picture, but the actual product is red.

Promising review: "I absolutely LOVE my new waffle-maker. I'll be honest β€” it is much smaller than I expected. You can carry it in one hand with ease. (It's a about the size of one hand.) But I really do love it. They turn out pretty fluffy so even though they're small, they have substance to them. Plus, how can you beat a heart waffle???" β€”Rachel

Get it from Amazon for $16.11 (also available in nine non-heart colors).

    7. A round rainbow puzzle that'll look great-ient when it's completed.

A reviewer image of the completed puzzle. The circle has a fan of different colors with a black center

Promising review: "This puzzle exceeded my expectations. Sturdy, random cut pieces, no separating of the layers of each piece, and pieces fit together perfectly. Graphic was clear and well printed with beautiful shading in the colors. I completed this puzzle with my two teenagers in four evenings. Very pleased!" β€”Mom to Two

Get it from Amazon for $16.99.

    8. A bag of color-changing butterfly pea tea for people who like beverages that put on a show.

Just add some citrus to your tea to make it go from blue to purple.

Promising review: "BEAUTIFUL, DEEP COLORS! Blues and purples and violets! Steep for five minutes. I recommend drinking from a clear mug for best enjoyment. If you'd like it to see it change color after preparing add just a little lemon or lime, and voila! This is a lovely product and you will get a LOT of tea for the great price. So get a tea infuser and make your own, using about 10-12 dried flowers to start, per cup. Adjust to your taste from there." β€”Billie Jean

Get it from Amazon for $9.70.

    9. A strategic card game called Unstable Unicorns that's all about building your own unicorn army before your opponents, so you can crush them under your golden hoof.

    the cards

Promising review: "This game has some of the most enjoyable artwork that I've seen in a game. The puns are funny, and the gameplay is simple, while still being fun. The first play-through is magical because you get to see all kinds of fun unicorns. The following play-throughs are still enjoyable, because the gameplay itself is enchanting." β€”S. M. Hortin

Get it from Amazon for $19.99.

    10. A relatable pin for anyone who feels like a cat with an office job.

A pin with a cat wearing a tie that says "I have no idea what I'm doing"

Get it from alumandink on Etsy for $10+ (available with a rubber or metal backing).

    11. A sushi making kit so you can try your hand at making this delish cuisine at home.

Promising review: "I'm an avid sushi eater and wanted to get into making my own. I bought a rice cooker to get the rice perfect every time. This kit makes the rest of the process easier. The guide helps immensely to get the right amount of rice on the nori sheet. The absolute best part of this kit is the cutting guide, I've never been successful at cutting sushi the other way and this makes it perfect every time! Really a great value and I couldn't recommend it more." β€”Duudettes

Get it from Amazon for $24.95.

    12. An enormous, 5-pound bag of gummy bears, because you're financially independent and can buy your own candy, Halloween be damned.

    pile of gummy bears

Listen, I'm gonna leave a short review here, but click through and read some of the dang novel-length reviews some people are leaving. People are passionate about these gummies! Maybe it's because they're softer than other brands and have 12 (!!!) flavors.

Promising review: "As a gummy fanatic for more years than I care to admit, I have tried all sorts of brands, both popular brands and generic, domestically and internationally. In terms of taste, moisture, aroma, and variety, Albanese gummy bears are unmatched. Yes, they're pricey, but if you prioritize quality over quantity, this is the purchase for you. Treat yourself to absolute quality and go for Albanese." β€”trev rogers

Get it from Amazon for $13.68.

    13. An inflatable foot bath you can fill with heel-saving goo that'll feel oh-so relaxing.

Get it from Firebox for $23.

    14. Teeny-tiny hanging pots so even the smallest places can have some greenery. Maybe not in your car windshield like this picture shows, but

A rearview mirror with a mini fake plant in a macrame planter holder

You can hang them in the bathroom, by your window, or wherever! They're not real plants so they're flexible.

Get two from Amazon for $15.99.

    15. A light-up disc that'll let you extend games well into the evening. Who needs sun when you have the power of LEDs?

Promising review: "This is the best thing you can do for your dogs! My dog's favorite thing is to Frisbee. The lighted disc is awesome for early mornings and late evenings. When nature calls, she wants to carry it as a night light. Truly my dog's favorite. I’m on number three and will always have at least two on hand." β€”Amazon Customer

    17. A glitzy ring with a spinning stone for a more adult and subtle fidget spinner.

Promising review: "I LOVE these rings. They're gorgeous, they sparkle beautifully in the sunlight, they fit well, and the spinning is so satisfying. It spins very smoothly and can go on for quite a while. I've been wearing the silver one daily for almost two months, and there's no sign of fading either on the metal or in the rhinestones. It looks as new as the day I bought it. I used to carry a fidget cube around, but this is much more discreet, prettier, and since I can just wear it all day I'm never stuck without something to play with. I highly recommend!" β€”Michelle

Get it from Amazon for $14.99+ (available in three colors).

    18. A pair of custom socks with the face of the one you love most in the world. Sorry mom, but Fido just has the cutest mug in the world.

A dog stands between two feet wearing socks showing the dog's face all over them

Get them from Amazon for $24 (available in sizes S, L and 10 colors).

    19. A Cat Dancer toy you can waggle in front of your feline whenever you wanna give them a proper workout.

Promising review: "I have a whole room filled with cat toys that my cat is not interested in. It's funny how the least expensive cat toy I have makes him go crazy. He plays with this until he's panting like a dog and I have never seen him jump so high. I'm certain this toy will help him lose his belly. He loves it! I highly recommend it!" β€”Kwoo

Get it from Amazon for $2.09.

    20. A string of T. rex string lights that'll make for the coolest lighting of all time (or day I say, before time?).

    string light with green dinosaurs

Get it from Uncommon Goods for $30.

    22. A fun and beautiful board game where you get to achieve your dreams and play as a forest. *wistfully stares out of the window*

Basically you're growing trees. Each player starts with two. The trees absorb light and get light points, which can be used to disperse seeds. There is a "sun" rotating around the board, so players have to time and position everything properly to get the most sunlight.

Promising review: "Don't be fooled by the beautiful artwork, or the adorable little illustrated animals hidden within the components, Photosynthesis is a vicious abstract strategy game, and it's probably the best use of thematic gameplay for any tabletop game in 2017, worthy of being equated with other top tier uses of theme in designing gameplay, such as Shadows Over Camelot, Blood Rage, and just about anything produced by Fantasy Flights." β€”Paul Bulger

Get it from Amazon for $30.10.

    23. A DIY puffy sticker kit because the only thing better than puffy stickers is making them yourself.

Promising review: "These are actually quite cute. The kit comes with everything needed to make the stickers β€” pre-colored images as well as images to color yourself. It can be a little tricky for little hands to layer everything correctly and get a nice good seal on the edges, but with a little help, little ones can make impressive puffy stickers. The instructions do state to not cut too close to the edge, which was done accidentally, and the sticker came apart β€” but after that, we made them correctly. I was hoping for a refill kit, but I don't believe one is available." β€”Annamarie

Get it from Amazon for $19.99.

A person holds the book between their thumb and forefinger, showing that the book is just a little bigger than a hand

Promising review: "Bought this for my very artistic 13-year-old daughter. She's forever asking, 'what should I draw?' I crossed my fingers when I ordered this, as we've tried many other books to inspire her that didn't. When I gave it to her, I was expecting a lukewarm response. However, as she thumbed through the book, she started giggling and smiling and couldn't turn the pages fast enough. I even got a spontaneous hug. She ran to the door when her dad got home to show him the book. And I think that the 642 options may just keep her inspired for a few weeks! ;) Any book that can charm a 13-year-old girl is a keeper in my book!" β€”Fascinated viewer

Promising review (couples edition): "We have done about six of the dates so far. We have laughed harder than we have in a long time. I have been touched by the thought that went into each of the dates. It is clear that they are not just thrown together, there is a purpose behind each of the "rules" of the date. I would say if I had made up the dates my husband would have balked, so it helps to have it be from a third party with the requirement to commit. There has not been a date so far that we haven't thoroughly enjoyed and benefitted from. My husband LOVES it and has wanted to do several dates in a weekend (our original goal was to do one a week). For perspective we are in our forties and have been married for 22 years. It has been a bit reminiscent of our early dating years and reminded us to be more adventurous. So fun to shake it up! The only way you get the benefit is if you fully commit and go for it. Break out of your self-made boundaries! You strengthen your bond by shared experiences that invoke emotion: laughter, uncertainty, vulnerability in trying new things." β€”Terrell
