Daredevil surfer Carlos Burle rides down what is believed to be one of the biggest waves ever conquered. Burle battled against the elements as he rode wave - which is thought to be nearing 100ft high - at Nazare, Portugal. In January 2013, legendary American surfer Garrett McNamara rode a massive wall of water, estimated to be about 100ft-high, in the same area. The exact size of the wave Burle rode is yet to be determined, but it is believed to be close to challenging McNamara's feat from earlier this year.
