Pick a time of day to have an epiphany 

Pick a crystal to carry around everywhere 

Pick an adjective to burn on a piece of paper 

Lastly, choose a place to ponder about life and other such things: 

Do not underestimate your abilities and don’t let anyone else determine how you see yourself. You are more than enough. This world needs you for everything that you are. You bring a vital energy to this world. The people around you need you exactly as you are. You do not have to pretend to be something else in order to be important in this world. Love yourself! And believe that others love you for you, because they do!

You are Enough

You, my friend, need to slow down and take stock of what is most important at this very moment of life. Self-care is key! You give so much to those around you and put so much energy into every aspect of life. Stop for a second and enjoy the moment. Notice the small things that make your heart happy. Feel the sun on your face, smell the flowers blooming, listen to the sounds of the world and breathe. The future will still be there when you get back; enjoy the now!

This world needs every single person and all the differences that make us who we are. You may feel like an outcast or like you process things differently. Remember that you are valid in all your little quirks. There is always someone out there who needs you because you are different. You may do things differently, ignore those who judge you for your quirks. You make the world more colorful.

You are Allowed to be Different

Life can be a real piece of work…but you’re kicking it in the you-know-what. You may not feel like you’re doing that great; or that you could be doing better, but you are doing just fine. Keep going, don’t give up. You have a unique strength that you might not even realize. You are always 10x more amazing than you think you are. As the kitten on the poster says, “hang in there.”

Keep Going

Life can get lonely, there’s no doubt about that. Remember that you matter and are worthy of love everywhere you go. Sometimes people just aren’t great at letting others know that they’re important to them. I can promise you that you have people around you who would not be able to do this life without you. Show yourself the same love and respect that you want to get from others.

You Matter

It’s okay to feel your emotions and let them go. I get that you want to be strong and think emotions can just get in the way…but you gotta allow yourself the privilege of validating your own emotions. You cannot move on in life if you bottle things up and ignore your own feelings. You are allowed to do what you need to do to process life and move on to better things!
