Anaheim, California… where it all started. You appreciate the classics, and know that nothing beats the original. Sure, it might not be as big and modern as the other parks, but what the original Disneyland lacks in innovation it makes up for in charm.

Disneyland, California

Disney World, in Orlando, is the biggest Disney park in the world. For you, something isn’t worth doing unless you’re going all out. Disney World has a little bit of everything and it’s the only park with EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios. You’ll never be bored!

Walt Disney World, Florida

Tokyo Disney actually has two different parks: Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea. The first is the classic Magic Kingdom you know, but the second is a fully unique Disney park experience themed on nautical exploration and adventure. Both parks have incredible food, and DisneySea also has some of the best ride experiences of any park.

Disneyland Paris caused quite the stir when it first opened in 1992, but it’s become a mainstay in Europe since. It’s only 20 miles outside Paris and is accessible by train so it’s easy to make Disneyland Paris a part of a bigger European vacation. They also sell alcohol at the park, which is pretty chill.

Hong Kong’s Disneyland is a lot like its American counterparts, but a little newer and less crowded. You’ll breeze through the lines for rides that are familiar but slightly different from what you’re used to (like their version of the Haunted Mansion, a ghost-free trackless ride called Mystic Manor.) Have fun and really get your money’s worth in Hong Kong!

Opening in 2016, Shanghai Disney is the newest Disney park, and you’ll definitely notice the difference between it and other parks. There’s no Main Street, USA, there’s no Small World, there’s no Space Mountain. Plus, some of the rides you are familiar with feel a lot different in China’s version of Disneyland. It’s like an entirely new experience for Disney diehards.

Shanghai Disney, China

Aulani isn’t really a Disney park in the way you’re probably used to, but it’s also a much bigger experience than a standard Disney resort too. You’ll see familiar Disney characters by the pool, and there’s plenty to keep you busy like in any Disney park, but the Hawaiian resort is unlike any other Disney experience you’re bound to have.
