Judge Decides “Crunchberries” are Not Real Berries

A woman in California sued PepsiCo because she was led to believe that Cap’n Crunch contained actual crunchberries. The U.S. District Court judge had to inform her of the sad truth before dismissing the case.

Next thing you know they’ll be saying that there is no such thing as “Booberries” and that Coco Puffs don’t actually cause people to go “Coo Coo.”
