Being Gouda means that you're much fancier than the rest, preferring to show off your style. Though your fanciness doesn’t make your heart cold, you tend to prefer things with much more sophistication, being the polar opposite of shredded mozzarella.

A child at heart, shredded mozzarella is a person who likes to see the world through the eyes of a child. Though shredded mozzarella is plain and meant for more picky eaters, you tend to be a lot more joyous than others and have a wild imagination.

Just like how goat cheese is made from goat’s milk instead of cow’s milk, you think yourself to be different and much better than many other options or people. If you’ve found yourself to be goat cheese, you may want to consider looking within yourself. You can come off as rude (unintentionally or not!), and many people don't appreciate the god complex you emit.
