Val Kilmer Owes $500,000 in Back Taxes, Now Has Reasonable Excuse for Starring in Shitty Movies

As part of the same recent foray into movie production that has put a stop to Wesley Snipes martial-arts comedies and forced Nicolas Cage to agree to sign every contract put in front of him, the IRS has slapped Val Kilmer with a property lien of nearly $500,000 owed in 2008 in back taxes.
