
5-Ingredient Honey Soy Meatballs

Ingredients
500g Australian Pork Mince
1 cup bread crumbs
210ml honey soy marinade
5 potatoes mashed
1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped

1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil

Method
STEP 1. To a large mixing bowl, add Australian Pork Mince, bread crumbs, and half the honey soy marinade, salt and pepper. Combine using a wooden spoon until the mixture is fully combined.
STEP 2. Shape the pork mixture into meatballs. It should yield approximately 16 pieces. Set aside in the fridge until it's time to cook.
STEP 3. Add oil to a frying pan oven medium heat, then after a few minutes add the meatballs and fry for 15 minutes. Rotate the meat balls every 3 minutes to ensure each side has been cooked.
STEP 4. After 15 minutes, add the rest of the honey soy marinade to the pan and stir the meat balls to coat. After 2 minutes, remove the pan from heat to plat up.
STEP 5. In a serving bowl add a scoop of mashed potato, 4 honey soy pork meatballs, and then garnish with a sprinkle of parsley.
STEP 6. Enjoy!


5-Ingredient Baked Pork Steaks

Ingredients
6 Australian Pork Steaks
810g crushed tomatoes
4 garlic cloves, pressed
4 zucchini, cut into large chunks
1/2 cup shaved parmesan
Staples
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil

Method
STEP 1. Place a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Season the pork steaks with salt and pepper, the sear them in the skillet, cooking for 3 minutes each side until browned.
STEP 2. Turn the heat to low then scatter the zucchini and garlic cloves in the skillet, and top with crushed tomatoes ensuring to coat all the steaks.
STEP 3. Add the skillet to the oven and bake at 180°C for 60 minutes.
STEP 4. Once the pork steaks have baked and the tomatoes have reduced, remove them from the oven and garnish with shaved parmesan.
STEP 5. Serve and enjoy!


Pork Sausage Frittata

Ingredients
6 Australian Pork Sausages, chopped
6 flat mushrooms, sliced
12 eggs, whisked
1/2 cup fetta
1 red onion, sliced
Staples
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp oil

Method
STEP 1. Add oil to a large pan oven medium heat, then add the red onion and pork sausage. Cook for 5 minutes, rotating each piece until evenly cooked.
STEP 2. Add the mushrooms to the pan, cooking for a further 5 minutes until the mushrooms turn soft.
STEP 3. Pour in the eggs, then top with crumbled fetta, salt and pepper.
STEP 4. Add a lid on the pan and allow to cook over low heat for 20 minutes until the centre turns solid.
STEP 5. Slice into triangles and serve.
