Why it works: Recent Tony Award-winner Kinky Boots has shown that musicals about failing shoe factories can be amazing. Mostly, we just NEED Robin Williams to reprise his role as Alan.

Why it works: With all art, Broadway shows are best when they make you FEEL something. My Girl: The Musical would be the most heart-wrenching thing to hit the Great White Way in years. "He can't see without his glasses!" = instant sobs.

Why it works: Bow down to the best teen film of the 90's. "10 Things" would obviously be an amazing production for so many reasons. We could get Joseph Gordon Levitt on Broadway! The prom scene! The paintball scene! Also, Kat's poem would make one KILLER ballad.
