"Come and Get Your Love" by Redbone; it always makes me feel better, especially getting out from a long day at work. It's got a great funky beat to it and it makes me feel like I'm Star Lord at the beginning of "Guardians of the Galaxy" :P

"Lighten up!" and "Stop taking everything so seriously!" are some of the worst things you can say. Also, yelling at anxious people to calm down is the opposite of what we need. If you do that, I'll probably have an anxiety attack, which is the last thing anyone wants.
