    Over the course of history, the thing that is always certain about war is death and the cost. The cost always being expensive, unless it is over quickly. The House Appropriations Committee chairman, David Obey has informed the Obama administration that if we want to send more troops to Afghanistan, the money needs to be raised to do so.
