    Why Napping Makes Everybody's Day Better

    Some days are tougher than others.

    Maybe you had a hard day at work.

    Or perhaps you're quite the night owl.

    You spent too much time Facebook stalking last night.

    Or maybe you pulled an all-nighter studying.

    Regardless, you're having trouble staying awake today.

    And all you want is a quick nap.

    A "catnap" if you will.

    A little shuteye to recharge your batteries.

    After all there's nothing like a good nap to get you back on track.

    But napping is so much more than an energy booster.

    It's spiritual.

    It's social.

    And oftentimes it's necessary.

    Sometimes you just need a little love.

    Some reassurance everything is going to be alright.

    The comfort of a friend.

    Or two.

    Or three.

    Because sometimes life can get lonely.

    Or a little overwhelming.

    But when things get rough,

    Just remember there's someone out there who loves you.

    A friend who will stick by your side.

    Through thick or thin.

    Good days.

    And bad.

    And in the end always remember,

    There's nothing a good nap can't cure.

    So go on, treat yourself to a little "R & R". You deserve it!
