Dalgona-Topped Overnight Oats

Thick yogurt, Dalgona coffee, oats, and berries. Say goodbye to boring, weekday breakfasts and hello to fabulous, vibrant overnight oats!

Ingredients

250 grams Arla Skyr Natural Yogurt

200 millilitres milk

35 grams rolled oats

30 grams chia seeds

30 grams raisins

15 grams sunflower seeds (or any mix seeds)

1½ tablespoons honey

Optional decoration

Blueberries

Raspberries

Bananas

Dalgona coffee (whipped coffee)

2 tablespoons hot water

2 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons instant coffee powder

Preparations

1. Start by stirring together the Arla Skyr Natural Yogurt and milk until fully combined. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl, add the rolled oats, chia seeds, raisins, and sunflower seeds, and stir until combined.

3. Add the yogurt mix along with the honey. Stir until fully combined.

4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

5. Now when it comes to serving, if you’re feeling fancy and need that extra caffeine kick to get your morning started, then why not create a Dalgona coffee to top your overnight oats with! Simply take a large bowl and add the hot water, sugar, and coffee powder. Whisk for 5–10 minutes or until extra fluffy!

6. Serve your overnight oats in a jar with a generous layer of blueberries, raspberries, and/or bananas.
