Dedication or destructive behavior? Guess we'll know once we determine if he bled out.
Cephalopod is evolving! This little guy was bound and determined to share his seafood dinner with his human observers.
A 3-year-old girl plays "Elder Scrolls: Skyrim," a video game that is made for people who are considerably older than 3-years-old. But she really wants to sword the bejeesus out of that guy.
Ellen had the legendary Superbass girls interview celebs on the red carpet at the American Music Awards. I hope these two never go away.
This is the same Ai Weiwei who was arrested by the Chinese government for his human rights activism, so, yeah...how dare he not be more involved. From an MSNBC live chat with the outspoken artist, who still faces threat of imprisonment for his struggle against the repressive regime. A commenter named Angelina didn't think Ai was sufficiently reverential in his response about OWS. This is infuriating.

What does that even mean?
Waxy.org made this video of four different views of Officer John Pike drenching college students with pepper spray. Thanks to cellphones and cameras, police officers can't get away with things like this anymore. Officer Pike is currently on administrative leave.

Urban decay has never looked so beautifully eerie. Hashima Island, or Gunkanshima (meaning "Battleship Island," so nicknamed for it's nautical shape), was a former coal mining community established in 1887. The mine was shut down in 1974 and the city abandoned. Now it has a new nickname: Ghost Island.
