We've all been there: one minute you're watching Netflix with the whole gang and the next, you're home alone scrolling through Instagram trying to find the perfect balance between supportive & bitter. But not to worry, Salem Saberhagen feels your pain.
It starts off slow. Maybe one or two of your friends will get into relationships, but for the most part your circle is still single and ready to mingle.
Then one day, you can't help but notice that all your friends are paired up like they're ready to board Noah's Ark.
But it's alright, you can handle this.
Looking at all these "date night" Instagram/Facebook posts is getting a little irritating, though.
I mean, really irritating.
You could always go out and try to meet someone.
Easier said than done.
But in the end, being single's not that bad. You don't have to deal with messy break-ups. (Then again, you have to second-hand deal with your bestie's break-ups.)
Things could always be worse.
Just remember, the right person will come along. Don't be in a rush to be in a relationship. Someone's gonna see you for the wonderful and beautiful creature that you are.
Treat yo self.
Besides, being a third wheel isn't that bad. (You can take this opportunity to let your friend's significant other know the deal.)
