While Mostovschikova's own son watched, she axed her friend to death before cooking and eating the body parts. After her 2009 arrest, she admitted to police that she "cut off her ears, gauged out one eye, cut off an arm, and a hand... [then] cooked these body parts in the oven." She's currently serving a 15-year prison sentence.
