1. Visit adult Disney World in the form of La Cité du Vin, a wine theme park in Bordeaux, France with 800 wine varieties from 70 countries.

I know what you’re thinking; rollercoasters and wine don’t mix. But don’t worry, La Cité du Vin (The City of Wine) doesn’t have any wild rides, but they do have 20 wine-themed exhibits and an immersive boat ride – all in a striking building designed to resemble wine swirling in a glass.
Psst, skip-the-line passes are only $22.05.
2. Soak in a red wine pool at YUNESSUN spa resort in Hakone, Japan — a wellness theme park with waterslides, saunas, and pretty much every kind of bath you can think of.

Hot spring bathing is a must while in Japan, but baths filled with wine, sake, or coffee? Now that’s one for the 'gram. The bright red wine bath is not to be missed (don’t miss the daily manual top-ups that occur at 10 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 4 p.m.).
3. Sleep in a wine barrel at Quinta da Pacheca wine estate in Portugal's Douro Valley.

4. Drink in Champagne's underground caves that were once used by the French to avoid German detection during World War II.

At the end of June, join the thousands who follow the town mayor on horseback to the Hermitage of San Felices de Bilibio for mass, then grab a water gun or bucket filled with red wine and get soaked! Feasting, dancing, and drinking then occurs back in town.
8. Unwind in the grape spa at Pałac Mierzęcin Wellness & Wine Resort, home to the third largest vineyard in Poland.

This Polish palace boasts a riding school, Japanese and English-style gardens, and best of all — a Grape Spa. Here you can have a wine bath, grape body scrub, or massage with wine oil. Plus, you’ll probably want to stay the night in one of their 76 rooms housed in a 19th century palace.
9. Drink ice ciders and wines at Boreal Winery in northern Ontario, Canada’s coldest climate winery.

Who knew you could grow grapes in the far north? Boreal Winery faces a short summer, but the flavor-packed fruit that results is ideal for making ice ciders and wines. Which also means that this is the place to try obscure Nordic berries (think haskap, lingonberry, and aronia). Did we mention they have an escape room built in a wine cellar?
10. Swim in a decanter-shaped infinity pool overlooking Portugal’s River Douro and the historic centre of Oporto at The Yeatman Hotel.

The 82-room hotel also offers wine masterclasses and weekly wine dinners where an expert winemaker takes a deep dive on wines from a particular region to accompany a special tasting menu. Oh and they also have wine barrel bed frames, and a wine-themed spa (bath in a wine barrel anyone?).

16. Dive down to Edivo Vina’s underwater winery housed in a sunken boat in the Pelješac peninsula of Croatia.

Maybe you can't drink underwater, but you can explore Edivo Vina’s underwater cellar. Not to worry, head to their (dry) Wine Bar on land.
