Hey, folks! It's basically summer, which means you're either celebrating the incoming sun and good vibes, or dreading the heat and the sweat — but no matter which side you're on, we've got some things you should try this month to feel happier and healthier.
Here are a few ways my colleagues and I have been upgrading our lives and moods.
1. If you take public transit, get off a stop or two before your destination and walk the rest of the way. If you drive, try parking a little further away.

2. Try writing down at least one thing you're grateful for every day.
3. Finally keep your phone screen smudge-free and clear with this magic little roller.
4. If you need help changing your eating habits, pick a meal plan for guidance — but give yourself the freedom to make mistakes and make your own rules.

5. Or honestly, try a meal delivery service that's actually quick and easy to make.
6. Go on a solo trip, whether it's a city over or across the world.
7. Take up "plogging" — aka, picking up litter while jogging — because it's good for you and for the environment.
8. Check out the Nike Training Club app for a *free* workout plan you'll actually be able to stick to.
9. And lastly, we've said it before and we'll say it again: STAY HYDRATED. Your body needs water to deal with the summer heat!
