At long last, the great battle against the Night King happened last night, and it was TOTALLY EPIC.
I particularly loved this chilling shot of all the Dothraki flames going out one by one.
But despite the seriousness and chilling fear of that moment, the show managed to sneak in a little joke for some viewers. You see, when you have the closed captioning on, it conveys some of the sound effects...
And whoever was in charge of writing these sound captions snuck in an EXCELLENT PUN:
Get it?????
BECAUSE IT'S A HORSE.
Anyway, RIP to everyone who died and yay Arya, but the true hero of last night's episode was whoever made that joke. Well played.
