Recently, we shared the things that were making redditors realize they were old, like having to scroll super far down when selecting your birth year on a drop-down menu.
The BuzzFeed Community responded with their own "oh no, I'm old" moments, and so many of them hit close to home. Maybe a little TOO close to home. Here are some of the most relatable ones:
1. "I know I am old because if I sleep wrong, I have to call in sick to my work."
2. "I downloaded a bird call identification app. Next step is binoculars to watch the birds I'm identifying. I'm 34. It's over for me."
3. "I find myself jokingly saying 'kids nowadays' and slowly realizing I am starting to mean it."
4. "I’m a high school English teacher, and one of my classes had an assignment to do a literary analysis on a song. One student chose 'Sweet Child O' Mine' by Guns N' Roses. He started his presentation with, 'This song was released in the late 1900s…'"
5. "I was confused when the 'classic oldie' radio station starting playing modern music. Until I realized, it wasn't modern at all."
7. "I felt old the day I saw a Game Boy Color on sale in an antique store."
