An anonymous source sent the following 26 minutes of audio that appears to be a section of Obama’s speech at Hampton. BuzzFeed believes the full speech is at least 36 minutes long, meaning this audio has also been edited. However, there are moments in the audio that are consistent with the text of the prepared remarks — and moments where Obama acknowledges that he has gone off script.
